"To this end, I hereby announce the brief lifting of the full lockdown on Obio/Akpor and Port Harcourt Local Governments Areas for two days only, with effect from Tuesday 12th May 2020.
"All shops, supermarkets, and shops can open to the general public for Tuesday and Wednesday, 12 and thirteen May 2020.
"Similarly, all hospitals and banks can also open and offer full services to the general public;
"While oil and gas agencies are required to put up the list of their group of workers on essential responsibilities to Government, observe that there may be no ban at the lifting of petroleum products from depots and different receptacles.
"The overall lockdown on Obio/Akpor and Port Harcourt Local Government Areas will be reinstated on Thursday 14th May 2020 and remain till similarly notice."
